Welcome to SubVive (“we”, “us”, “our”). This page contains our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy for purchases of Minecraft ranks and in-game perks/coins (collectively, “Virtual Items”).
Fair Play: Our server is not pay-to-win. All core gameplay is accessible without paying. Certain cosmetics and perks can also be earned for free by being active in our Discord server through events and/or activity rewards.

Terms of Service
1) Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website, store, Discord server, Minecraft server(s), or purchasing any Virtual Items, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use our services.
2) Eligibility
- You must have permission from a parent/legal guardian if you are under the age required by your local law to consent to online purchases. If you are under 16 in the EEA/UK or under 13 in the US, a parent/guardian must review and accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy on your behalf.
- You must use a genuine Minecraft account and comply with Mojang/Microsoft’s EULA and terms at all times.
3) Accounts & Security
- You are responsible for your Minecraft and store account security. Keep credentials private and enable available protections (e.g., 2FA on payment accounts).
- We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms, community rules, or applicable law.
4) Virtual Items, Ranks & Perks
- Nature: Virtual Items (ranks, coins, cosmetics, perks) are intangible, have no cash value, and are licensed—not sold—to you for personal, non-commercial use solely within our server ecosystem.
- Earning for Free: Many perks/coins may be earned through Discord activity/events at our discretion. Details may change over time.
- Not Pay-to-Win: Purchases must not confer unfair advantages in competitive gameplay. We may rebalance, modify, or retire perks to maintain fairness.
- Delivery: Virtual Items are delivered digitally—normally immediately after successful payment, but delays can occur due to processor checks, server sync, or maintenance.
- Server Changes: We may introduce updates, resets, wipes, or seasonal changes affecting Virtual Items’ appearance or functionality to maintain server health and fairness.
5) Pricing, Taxes & Currency
- Prices are shown in the currency listed at checkout. You are responsible for any taxes, duties, or bank/FX fees.
- We may update prices or run promotions at any time. Unless required by law, price changes are not retroactive.
6) Prohibited Conduct
- Cheating, exploiting, botting, abusing bugs, doxxing, harassment, hate speech, NSFW content, and real-money trading (RMT) of in-game assets are strictly prohibited.
- Chargeback abuse (requesting a chargeback without following the Refund Policy) may result in account termination and blacklist.
7) Ownership & IP
- All server content, branding, and store materials are owned by us or our licensors. Mojang/Microsoft and other third-party rights remain with their respective owners.
- By submitting user-generated content (UGC) (e.g., builds, suggestions), you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and adapt it for server and promotional purposes.
8) Third-Party Services
We may integrate with third-party services (e.g., Discord, payment processors such as PayPal or Stripe, analytics, anti-cheat). Their terms and privacy notices govern your use of those services.
9) Disclaimers
- Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind except as required by law.
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime, error-free gameplay, or permanent availability of any specific map, mode, season, or perk.
10) Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages or loss of data, reputation, or profits. Our aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the relevant purchase in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11) Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your breach of these Terms or misuse of the services.
12) Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland, Canton of Zurich (without regard to conflict-of-law rules). Courts located in Zurich, Switzerland shall have exclusive jurisdiction, unless consumer mandatory laws provide otherwise.
13) Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be highlighted here. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
Refund Policy
Summary: Refunds are available within 30 days of purchase for eligible items. Coins already spent or perks already redeemed/used are not refundable.
1) Eligibility Window
- You may request a refund within 30 calendar days from the purchase date (the “Refund Window”).
- After 30 days, refunds are not available unless required by applicable law.
2) Non-Refundable Situations
- Coins already spent or perks already redeemed/used in game are not refundable.
- Permanent or time-limited ranks/perks that have been substantially used (e.g., benefits already applied) may be ineligible for a full refund.
- Accounts suspended or banned for violating our rules are not eligible for refunds.
3) Partial Refunds
At our discretion, we may offer partial refunds or store credit where appropriate (e.g., accidental duplicate purchases) if the Virtual Items have not been used or materially benefited from.
4) How to Request
- Contact us at support@subvive.eu or via Discord tickets (see #tickets channel).
- Provide: order ID/transaction ID, purchase date, Minecraft username/UUID, and a brief reason.
5) Processing & Method
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method where possible. Processing times depend on your bank/processor.
- Chargebacks without first contacting us may result in account termination and blacklist. We will provide evidence of delivery/use to the processor.
6) Legal Rights
Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

We care about your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, and your rights—especially under the EU/EEA/UK GDPR.

2) Scope
This Policy covers our website/store, Minecraft server(s), and Discord community to the extent we process your data in connection with our services.
3) Data We Collect
- Account & IDs: Minecraft username/UUID, Discord ID/username, store account details.
- Contact: Email address and messages/tickets you send us.
- Transaction: Purchase history, order IDs, amounts, currency, timestamps (payment details like full card numbers are handled by payment processors; we do not store them).
- Usage/Server Logs: IP address, device/browser info, connection timestamps, actions relevant to anti-cheat, moderation, and security.
- Cookies/Analytics: Cookies and similar tech for preferences, session management, and optional analytics.
- UGC & Community: Chat messages (where logged), reports, support tickets, and moderation records.
4) Why We Use Your Data (Purposes & Legal Bases)
- Provide Services & Fulfil Purchases (contract): deliver Virtual Items, manage accounts, support.
- Moderation & Security (legitimate interests; legal obligation where applicable): anti-cheat, abuse prevention, fraud/chargeback handling.
- Communications (contract/legitimate interests; consent for marketing): support updates, policy changes, service notices.
- Analytics & Improvements (legitimate interests; consent where required): understand performance, fix issues, plan features.
- Legal Compliance (legal obligation): tax, accounting, law enforcement requests.
5) Sharing
- Processors: Payment processors (e.g., PayPal/Stripe), hosting, anti-cheat, analytics, email providers, ticketing/bot tools.
- Authorities: Where required by law or to protect rights, safety, or enforce policies.
- We do not sell personal data.
6) International Transfers
Where data is transferred outside your country/EEA/UK, we rely on appropriate safeguards (e.g., Standard Contractual Clauses) and monitor recipients’ protection levels.
7) Retention
We keep data only as long as necessary for the purposes above—for example, transaction data for statutory accounting/tax periods, and moderation/security logs for a reasonable time to protect the community.
8) Your Rights
- Access, Rectification, Erasure, Restriction, Portability, Objection—subject to legal limits.
- For consent-based processing (e.g., marketing cookies), you can withdraw consent anytime.

9) Children
We do not knowingly collect personal data from children without parental consent where required by law. If you believe a child has provided data without consent, contact us to remove it.
10) Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data, including access controls, encryption in transit, and regular updates. No system is 100% secure.
11) Discord & Third Parties
Interactions on Discord are subject to Discord’s own terms and privacy notice. Our bots/moderation tools may process your Discord ID, roles, and activity to grant perks earned via activity or events.
12) Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy. We will post the new version here and update the “Last updated” date.
Server & Community Rules (Summary)
- No cheating, exploiting, harassment, hate speech, NSFW, or doxxing.
- No real-money trading or advertising other servers without permission.
- Follow staff instructions and respect moderation decisions.
- Report bugs responsibly; do not abuse them for advantage.
- Use common sense—keep the community welcoming.

FAQ
Is this server pay-to-win?
No. Core gameplay is accessible without paying. Cosmetic and convenience perks do not provide unfair advantages. You can also earn certain perks/coins for free via Discord activity and events.
How long do I have to request a refund?
You have 30 days from purchase. However, if you spent coins or used the perk, it’s not refundable.
What if I opened a chargeback instead of a refund request?
Please contact us first. Unwarranted chargebacks may lead to account termination and blacklist across our services.
Will my rank last forever?
We try to keep ranks active, but server updates/resets or balancing may change how perks work. Virtual Items may be modified or retired to maintain fairness and server health.
